Legal teams can update the litigation file throughout the process, creating a history of activity. A Legal Tracker and reporting capability provide high-level visibility into cases and activity. More detailed tracking and reporting remain available through Pivot, FEMA's system of record, while Odyssey provides an opportunity to build out connected functionality over time.
