Office Wars Brings Teams Together Across Locations

Kalispell wins Round 1, Colombia wins Round 2. All offices and our company culture is winning by having a ton of fun with the office wars. Thank you everyone for your contributions to the office wars and for your global spirit!

Office Wars Round 1
About the Competition

The latest Office Wars competition brought teams together across locations for a fun event filled with creativity, humor, cultural exchange, and friendly rivalry. With 65 employees participating, teams showcased their offices, local traditions, food, and community pride through engaging presentations.

The competition created memorable moments across every presentation, including plenty of “Parce!” and “¡Qué chimba!” energy from the Colombia team, along with humorous office rivalries and playful banter between locations. Employees embraced the opportunity to celebrate what makes each team unique while strengthening connections across the organization.

The competition came down to the wire between Kalispell and Colombia, with Kalispell ultimately taking first place with 185 points, followed closely by Colombia with 177.

Recognition

Thomas Garner praised the creativity and humor shown by every team, highlighting Kalispell's storytelling and hilarious moments, while also recognizing Colombia's warm energy and strong cultural presentation.

A special shoutout goes to Tracy for organizing the event, as well as the remote judges who had the difficult task of scoring such a close competition.

Kalispell earned bragging rights — and an ice cream social — for their winning performance. Office Wars once again showcased the teamwork, diversity, and culture that make every office unique.

Office Wars Round 2

Round 2 of Office Wars took creativity and storytelling to another level as offices across the organization delivered entertaining presentations inspired by superheroes, regional culture, mascots, and team pride.

Overland Park

Captain Flood, X-Zone & The World Cup Warden

The Overland Park team opened the competition with a cinematic superhero-inspired presentation themed around flood response and World Cup energy. Featuring characters like "Captain Flood," "X-Zone," and "The World Cup Warden," the team combined action-movie visuals, humor, and competitive spirit into one of the event's most memorable presentations.

Kalispell

Sir Baron Tater Vaughn Griz

Kalispell introduced one of the breakout stars of the competition: "Sir Baron Tater Vaughn Griz," a fictional grizzly bear mascot whose hilarious office adventures, snack philosophy, and morale-boosting personality quickly became a fan favorite across the organization.

Medellín, Colombia

Don Tinto

Representing Medellín, the Colombia team continued showcasing its vibrant culture and creativity through "Don Tinto," celebrating coffee culture, teamwork, humor, and the warm energy that has become a signature part of their Office Wars presence.

Tampa

The Big Guava

The Tampa office embraced local history and regional pride through "The Big Guava," inspired by Tampa's iconic nickname and the city's rich historical roots. The presentation creatively blended local storytelling, humor, and office culture into the competition.

East Coast Division

Chad the Chesapeake Crab

The East Coast Division joined the fun with "Chad the Chesapeake Crab," adding another memorable mascot to the growing lineup of Office Wars personalities and continuing the tradition of blending creativity, humor, and office identity.
