From May 31 through June 3, members of the Taurus team attended the National Flood, Fire & Wind Conference 2026 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas, joining flood insurance professionals and industry leaders from across the country for several days of networking, collaboration, and educational discussions.
Representing Taurus at Booth #7 were Tom Garner, Brian McGuire, Catherine Pollard, Micayla Malchiodi, Tracy Ladner, and Cynthia DiVincenti. Throughout the conference, the team connected with agents, carriers, adjusters, and industry partners while discussing trends, challenges, and opportunities shaping the future of flood insurance.
A major highlight of the event was the featured panel session, Agents vs. Adjusters: Bridging the NFIP Expectation Gap, presented by Tracy Ladner and Cynthia DiVincenti on June 1 in Grand Ballroom C. The session focused on improving communication, alignment, and expectations between agents and adjusters within the NFIP process, generating strong engagement and valuable industry conversations.
The conference provided an opportunity for Taurus to strengthen relationships across the industry while continuing to demonstrate its active involvement and leadership within the flood insurance space.
