“Continuously improving how we serve our partners, agents, and policyholders”
On March 13, Taurus CEO John Adhia visited the company's Washington, DC office, creating a valuable opportunity for collaboration and open dialogue across teams. While visits like these are not an everyday occurrence, they play an important role in reinforcing the connections that drive Taurus forward.
During his time in the office, John met with Saul Hernandez, NFIP Contact Center Manager, and Justin Lee, Regional Sales Manager, for a series of thoughtful discussions focused on a shared objective: continuously improving how we serve our partners, agents, and policyholders.
The DC office plays a vital role in Taurus's NFIP operations. Saul and his team manage a high volume of contact center interactions each day, ensuring that agents and customers receive the support they need quickly and efficiently. At the same time, Justin brings a critical regional sales perspective, helping connect insights from the field with the company's broader strategy and growth initiatives.
Conversations like these highlight the importance of collaboration across departments and locations. When leadership, operations, and sales come together to share perspectives, it strengthens alignment and helps ensure that Taurus continues to evolve in ways that benefit both our teams and the clients we serve.
We extend a sincere thank you to Saul, Justin, and the entire DC team for the warm welcome and for the essential work they do every day. Their contributions are a key part of Taurus's continued success.
As we finalize this edition of the newsletter, we also invite Saul and Justin to share a few reflections about the visit and what stood out most to them. The DC office plays an important role within our organization, and this is a great opportunity to shine a well-deserved spotlight on the team behind the work.
